TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By placing an online order with Hush Maternity Ltd (the company), you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and your use of the company's website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English court. Your statutory rights are not affected.
PAYMENT: Payment for orders received via the company's website must be paid for with a valid credit or debit card prior to dispatch of the order. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Delta, Mastercard and American Express. You will receive a delivery note with your order detailing the order and when payment was taken.
If you wish to order an item but cannot pay by one of these methods, please contact customer services at info@hushmaternity.com for other options.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY: Your credit card details are collected and processed in a certified secure online environment. From time to time we may take an order for an item which is out of stock. If this is the case for your order, we will contact you and give you details of future stock availability. At this time, you may cancel your order for the goods in question. We will not take payment for goods which are out-of-stock until they become available again.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER: You may cancel your order for any reason up until the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your order, you will be refunded the full amount of your order (including postage & packing charges) if payment has already been processed. If your order has already be dispatched, you should then refer to the instructions for Returns & Exchanges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: You may return an item to us for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be unused, with its original tags intact and with any relevant packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items which have been worn, washed or otherwise used.
Please use the Returns form provided when returning items to help us process the transaction quickly. We will endeavour to exchange items within 7 working days, and will inform you of any delays due to availability.
DELIVERY: Please check your order carefully upon receipt for faulty or missing goods. If there is a problem with your order, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. If an item is faulty, we will be happy to refund or replace it. We cannot, however, refund or exchange goods damaged in the wash, so please check any washing instructions carefully.
